Doctors are normally friendly and helpful.
However, waiting times are appalling.Current appointment was at 11, I am still waiting at 11.30 and still 2 people in front.What is the point of an appointment.Pretty sure if I turned up this late I would be turned away.
Waited over an hour last time looking at other surgeons to join.

Whilst I accept the points in your letter surely all of the surgeries in Bristol have the same problems.We need solutions rather than excuses.

I am unable to comment on positive aspects of my care as I wouldn't get any!
After an arduous 25 minutes of calling and seemingly perpetually engaged appointment live, I was finely told that the next appointment available was for 6 weeks away.After reluctantly booking, it was cancelled.
